Confused on how do we get to the location?

Hi, I am new to the trail club and haven't attended any trips yet. I am really confused on how do we all get to the trip location? I seen pics of previous trips on this site and in some pics I saw everybody traveling in a bus together, and in other pics I saw people around many cars as they all individually drove there.

So which one is it?


(ps: I don't see much activity on this site so I am hoping sombody reads it. I live far away from campus so I won't be able to drove at night at next meeting. I e-mailed one of the trip leader 2 days ago but no answer yet)

Hey,

For our trips the people attending will carpool with one another. If you don't have a car, don't worry. There is a function on the "trips" section of the website that allows people to set up these carpools.

The only time that buses will be involved in our trips is when the group has carpooled out to a location and then from there you pay to go with something such as a rafting company who will give you a 10 minute bus ride to the "put-in" of the river. This is likely what you saw in our pictures.

There is a lot of activity on the site, there is just no one using the forum. Part of the problem might be that everyone has a direct bookmark to the trip sign up section.
